Job Purpose:

 

The Executive/ Senior Executive will be responsible for the administration of the HALT CKD Programme for patients with chronic kidney disease.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Responsible for tracking and delivery of Key Performance Indicators "KPI" in HALT-CKD Clinical Interventions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (clinical staff, operations teams, other IT and technical teams) to identify data and information needed for key initiatives to support CKD care. These include understanding data requirements to submit data extraction requests to relevant concierge teams (e.g. Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR)) for data sets.
  • Data collection and cleansing using Python, SQL or other analytical tools.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights for kidney and population health in the western cluster. This may include work related to other key renal diseases including acute kidney injury and glomerulonephritis.
  • Develop dashboards which are in keeping with user data definition specifications, and perform database administration and deployment to Production environments.

 

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Responsible for communication between staff and external organisations. Ensure timely dissemination of information and escalation of issues, recommendation and implementation of solutions to problems.
  • Quality and Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process automation and labour optimization in Nephrology clinical workflows using data-driven approaches.
  • Participate in committees and other tasks as and when assigned by Reporting Officer.

 

Job Specifications:

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Science (Research and Statistics as minors), Biomedical Informatics or relevant.
  • At least 1 year experience working with analytical tools, e.g. Advanced MS Excel, Python, SQL.
  • Some experience with data visualisation tools, e.g. PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Experience in healthcare would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solveing skills, including ability to analyse complex data with attention to detail and accuracy.
