About Department and Purpose of the Position
This role serves as the operational bridge between Radiological clinical services and IT systems, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with clinical workflows and service delivery. The Radiology IT Operations & Projects Administrator is responsible for managing and executing informatics initiatives, including AI platforms, imaging technologies, and digital systems. By coordinating across Radiology, Informatics, and IT teams, the position ensures secure, efficient, and scalable integration of systems that support diagnostic imaging operations. The role also oversees contract governance, system renewals, and intra-cluster service arrangements, while driving process improvements and supporting staff competency in Radiology IT workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management and Operations (70% of time):
- Lead operationalization and management of Radiology IT projects including AI technologies, 3D imaging, 3D printing, and other emerging platforms.
- Track and manage Medical Devices and Operational Technology Security (MDOTS) compliance, IT RA Deviations, and renewals for Radiology imaging scanners and IT applications
- Responsible for Contract lifecycle and management, ensuring timely renewals or terminations for all Radiology IT Systems
- Assist with Process Change Request (PCR) and Operation System Request (OSR) preparation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for electronic medical records system (EPIC) to support Radiology IT.
- Track & Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with Radiology Informatics personnel.
- Organize and facilitate troubleshooting sessions with relevant IT teams.
- Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials to enhance staff competency.
- To support budgeting and procurement processes for Radiology IT projects and systems.
2. Intra-cluster Processes and Services (25% of time):
- Manage and optimize intra-cluster referral processes
- Oversee leasing arrangements for equipment and services
- Coordinate outsourcing of services as needed
3. Data Analysis and Process Improvement (5% of time):
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement in departmental processes
- Propose and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights.
4. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
Key Requirements
Qualification Required and Area of Discipline:
- Degree or Diploma in Business IT / Information Technology/ Diagnostic Radiography/ Health Informatics / a related fields.
- This is a full-time permanent position.
Required Competencies and Capabilities (Skills, Experiences, and Professional Licenses)
- Preferred at least 2 years of specialized or relevant experience in contract management and vendor relations or Information Technology environment (IT professionals) or project management, preferably in a healthcare setting. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
- Basic understanding of IT and network systems.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in teams.
- Flexible hours; some duties require after-office work.
