(Senior) Executive / Assistant Manager, NUWoC, CFCH, Community Antenatal Programme (1-year Contract)

Overview:

 

Community Antenatal Classes - Hybrid Model is part of the Child and Maternal Health and Well-being (CAMH) Strategy, which drives for better health outcomes for children and their families and supports our youths to achieve their maximum human development potential. The programme aims to:

 

  1.  Enable access and uptake of antenatal classess in the community through the introduction of a hybrid model comprising online lectures, videos and on-site classes.

 

Primary Responsibilities (Community Antenatal Class - Hybrid Model Programme):

 

  1. Support the development of family and child health strategy for the western cluster.
  2. Programme development: work with stakeholders to develop effective interventions to improve family and child health in the western cluster.
  3. Programme operations and administration: drive effective and sustainable programme operations and administration (e.g. secretariat support, funding management, recruitment, communications, setup of workflows, etc).
  4. Evaluation and continuous improvement: develop timely and effective evaluation efforts and engage in continuous improvement to improve programme delivery.
  5. Integration and streamlining of programmes into the overall Child and Maternal Health strategy.

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

 

  1. Cross coverage for NUWoC Community Ops team.
  2. Support for NUWoC and NUH related events.
  3. Any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in business and healthcare related disciplines, e.g. public health.
  2. At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a healthcare  setting and/or experience in sector development, programme management.
  3. Meticulous and eye for details, in driving programme and operational excellence.
  4. Strong interpersonal, communications and change management skills (e.g. for stakeholder and staff engagement).
  5. Ability to work both independently (day to day operaitons) and as a team (development and care integration).
  6. Excellent IT skills in areas such as Microsoft Office applications, databases (Tableau).
