Reporting to the NUHS Group Chief Medical Informatics Office, we are seeking a skilled and detail – oriented data-driven individual with a passion for enhancing access and audit management through insightful analysis to join our team.

The role primarily focuses on supporting access and audit management functions through comprehensive data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of data management principles. Candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing access and audit management by leveraging data-driven insights. This position aims to streamline processes, identify potential risks, and improve overall compliance through meticulous data analysis. By employing advanced analytical techniques, the candidate will contribute to informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization's access and audit management framework.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and optimization of access and audit processes.

 

 

Job responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support access and audit management functions. Ensure timely completion of data analysis tasks by adhering to project timelines and milestones

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives. Actively engage with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure alignment on data objectives and expectations.

Develop and implement data analysis methodologies to identify access discrepancies and audit trails. Regularly assess the performance and accuracy of data analysis methodologies, making adjustments as necessary to enhance effectiveness.

Analyze access logs, permissions, and user activity to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Continuously monitor access logs and user activity to identify potential security breaches or policy violations, taking prompt action to remediate issue.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree/ Diploma holder in computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience in data analytic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated track record in data analysis
  • Proficiency in the Office Productivity software suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel (including power query/power BI).
  • Experience utilizing analytical formulas and functions in MS Excel and other analytical tools, coupled with expertise in data cleaning.
  • Possesses an inquisitive, meticulous nature and demonstrates strong logical, analytical, and process flow skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups, fostering teamwork and cooperation.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
