Overview

 

As part of the Corporate Finance team, the incumbent shall provide the following support:

 

Full Financial Reporting responsibilities for the NUHS@Home business unit and Artemis Pte Ltd (Investment holding company)

 

Business Partnering for NUHS Research and specific Healthier SG workstreams: Providing dynamic and insightful analytics in the development of programs ensuring financial sustainability of the programs and that they are aligned to the national Healthier SG initiatives.

 

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Finance, the roles requires both excellent technical financial reporting ability and business partnering with key stakeholders, providing them with value added financial decision support. Such decision support will be based on data driven cost models that in aggregate model that desired target costs structures. In addition, the incumbent will perform feasibility and ROI analysis on new projects aimed at delivering better healthcare and be responsible for concise, accurate and timely management reports, where required.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

You will be responsible for the following:

 

Financial Reporting: Maintain accounting books for NUHS@Home and Artemis Pte Limited (Investment holding company), including support for year end financial statements and periodic management reporting.

 

Decision support in development of programs/projects related for Research and specific Care Plan workstream related to Healthier SG initiatives.Costs modelling supporting specific Care Plan changes

  • Ensure Care Plan and Healthier SG programs are aligned with long term financial objectives
  • Management reporting to facilitate tracking and progress reporting of Care Plan.

 

Requirements

    

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or Analytics related field with Minor in Finance preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Resourceful, independent, meticulous, strong analytical mind and eye for detail
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Experience in healthcare industry, management accounting or data analytics is an added advantage.
  • Pro-active, resourceful, able to take challenges, work independently or as a team.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
