Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a strong Communications candidate to join the Regional Health System Office (RHSO) team at NUHS. The incumbent's role is to support the Head of Communications for RHSO in the following areas:
- Development and execution of the Population Health communications strategy to strengthen brand awareness of NUHS in the community, and enhance engagement in the cluster's population health initiatives, outreach activities and events.
- Develop publicity / marketing collaterals like eNewsletters, brochures, posters, videos, social media content etc., that can be utilised across NUHS online and offline platforms.
- Collaborate across teams, departments and entities for story angles to facilitate media opportunities
- Support internal and external RHSO-led events on the ground
- Support administrative duties related to the team and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Communications, PR, Journalism or related fields with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience..
- Good working knowledge of integrated communication practices and techniques; a creative thinker with the ability to think out of the box for ideas and solutions
- Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being effectively bilingual is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and work effectively with different stakeholders in cross-collaborative projects.
- Excellent organisational abilities and time management skills, and able to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Adept in people skills to foster buy-in and collaboration.
- Experience in the Singapore healthcare system advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in managing business social media accounts, and able to use analytics and supporting data to track ROI for campaigns
