Assistant Manager, HR CoE Benefits and Wellness

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Benefits and Wellness (B&W) projects and initiatives in alignment with the HR workplans;
  • Administer awards programs according to defined criteria by MOH or Cluster, organize panel review and handle submission;
  • Assist in managing cluster’s benefits (including Long Service Awards), wellness and well being programs;
  • Administer cluster benefits policy and matters within CA, including medical benefits and insurance renewal;
  • Participate and support committees in organizing cluster’s key events such as Tribute Nites, Annual Dinner and Dance, Nurses’ Day and AHPs’ Day, etc;
  • Support queries on Benefits Policy, S3, Awards, etc;
  • Participate in other projects where assigned.

Key Requirements

  • A good degree, preferably in human resource or business related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR working experience in large organizations particularly in project coordination works. Experience in the healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage.
  • Good people management experience with strong interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in written communications.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint tools for data analysis, building charts, etc.
  • Good numerical sense with analytical skills, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
