Overview
This role is part of the team that provides administrative and secretarial support to enable effective functioning of the medical board and promote clinical governance practices within the organization.

Medical Board (Secretariat and administration) Execute the Medical Board cycle in an efficient manner, including management of the committee budget and learning needs of Medical Board members
Ensure that key quality assurance committee roles are updated

Meeting agenda and minutes are timely and accurately prepared
Meeting logistics are coordinated efficiently
Records are up to date and maintained accurately |
Clinical Governance
Support in the review of the Clinical Governance Framework
Contribute to the revision and development of clinical governance policies and procedures
|
The Clinical Governance framework is updated, and actions and activities are followed up
Clinical governance policies are relevant and updated |
Project Management
Lead or participate in projects assigned
|
Successful implementation of projects (timely with targets met)
|
Requirements
- A good basic degree from a reputable university
- Ability to collaborate across stakeholders.
- Strong organization and inter-personal skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good oral, written and presentation skills.
