As an Assistant Manager for NUHS@Home, you will play a vital role in ensuring data compliance, managing user access governance, IT audit and the change request for NGEMR for operational needs in NUHS@Home. Job Responsibilities

  • Data Compliance:
    • Develop and implement data governance policies and compliance frameworks
    • Advice and support stakeholders in the adoption of compliance practices
    • Review, evaluate and approve complex compliance-related requests to ensure adherence to standards
  • User Access Governance:
    • Oversee IT procedure reviews to ensure alignment with governance framework
    • Facilitate periodic reviews of role-based access matrices for key systems
    • Escalate and resolve high complexity access issues in a timely manner
  • IT Audit Management:
    • Establish risk-based IT audit workplan with CMIO
    • Define audit strategies to ensure that critical risks are identified and addressed
    • Present audit findings to management and follow-up on the action items for closure
  • NGEMR Support, Change Management & Project Support:
    • Prioritize and categorise the Change Requests (CRs) for the NGEMR system.
    • Oversee the execution of approved CRs and follow up on their implementation in production
    • Support and drive departmental initiatives, including new service implementations.
    • Act as an advisor on new services and initiatives
    • Ensure proper budgeting and resource allocation for projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in related field, preferably in healthcare or technology
  • Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
