The job holder will support in developing strategic plans for NUHS@Home in support of its expansion plans to a 100 virtual bed unit. Concurrently, the job holder is expected to support in operational tasks pertaining to NUHS@Home, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the programme.


Specifically, candidate should support NUHS@Home in developing strategic plans for NUHS@Home. This include aspects ranging from organisational structure review, operations workflow redesign, technology development, and solving current to tomorrow issues. Candidate should also work on expanding the programme to other clinical pathways and avenues, coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as potential external vendors to bring about better efficiency and optimisation at the systems level. 


Candidate should possess: 

  • Strong communication and planning skills.
  • Able to cope with and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be a good team player with positive work attitude and able to work independently

Prior knowledge/working experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage
