Summary:

 

To support the development team in planning and coordinating with respective Stakeholders, working closely with consultants to ensure that the Hospital/entity’s operational requirements and efficiencies, and are in line with the Group’s overall strategic direction.

 

The incumbent shall support the technical coordination meetings and stakeholder review sessions for the timely delivery of the hospital infrastructure.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. To support the development team on design and medical planning discussions for Clinical departments and facilitate all Users workgroup sessions.
  2. Co-lead and support in planning, organising and coordinating architectural, medical planners, interior design and MEP requirements and discussions for the hospital.
  3. Support the development team and work closely with Stakeholders, Consultants and Users to develop Design Brief, Design Options, complete with Design Solutions that meet Users’ requirements.
  4. Support the development team and ensure that Users’ requirements are duly captured and resolved and approved.
  5. Organize meetings and stakeholder engagements. Taking minutes and be responsible for tracking follow up actions and closure.
  6. Secretariat roles and responsibilities.
  7. Keep abreast of healthcare planning topics and issues, to support the hospital development in the desired direction.
  8. Any other duties assigned for the hospital development.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Architecture /Interior Designing / Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Engineering/Civil & Structure Engineering/ Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience.
  • Candidates with healthcare background highly preferred.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Team player with good interpersonal, proactive, communication skills to collaborate and manage with various Stakeholders.
  • Good time management on tasks allocated, resourceful, self-motivated, driven with the ability to multi-tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
