Associate Executive, HR Group Shared Services
Overview
As a key member of the HR Shared Services team, you'll support HR operations for all NUHS institutions, ensuring we meet our service level agreements and key performance indicators. Your role will involve critical aspects of the employee life cycle, from employment contracts, to probations, confirmations, employee transfers, and contract term conversions, as well as re-employment and retirement.
You will have the opportunity to go beyond the routine administrative tasks, where you will support the enhancement, streamlining, and improving our processes as we move forward with automation, ensuring that our operational capabilities and practices remains current, and agile for the future.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accuracy of all contract administrative matters, including but not limited to preparation of letter, maintaining of employee records and documentation based on agreed procedures and team standards.
- Ensure timely update of work status in the tracking list.
- Independently manage the portfolio assigned, providing support to the respective stakeholders.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and workplan targets for HR services are consistently met.
- Deliver HR services in compliance with NUHS policies and Singapore regulations.
- Actively participate in process improvements initiatives and support organisational changes that are introduced.
- Support onsite duties as necessary and answering to queries relating to contract management services.
- Any other duties assigned as reasonable and necessary by the management.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
- Minimum with 2 years of relevant HR operations work experiences. Prior HR experience in large scale corporations or the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (eg; office 365) and HR information systems.
- Able to independently manage high-volume activities, work under tight timeline and handle data confidentiality.
- Able to work effectively in a performance-driven environment and collaborate well with stakeholders.
- Proactively look out for opportunities to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills, dedicated, organised, and meticulous.
