Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage and support the GP partners in the network
  • Provide administrative support to department activities and programmes
  • Handle financial and procurement related matters for the department
  • Collate data and prepare reports for quality improvement
  • Perform secretariat duties as and when required
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors and HOD

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Possess a Degree (Preferably in Health or Social related)
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
  • Able to multi-task and work independently and as a team
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
