The incumbent shall be responsible to:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations
  • Handle special meal requests
  • Maintain cleanliness of food service areas and equipment
  • Conduct regular check of supplies and equipment.
  • Assist supervisors to oversee designated kitchen operations



The Requirements

  • Recognised Diploma in culinary skills or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant Demi Chef experiences
  • Possess certification in Basic Food Hygiene
  • Experience in event / function will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player with proven leadership capabilities
  • Good knowledge in manpower planning and scheduling
