The incumbent shall be responsible to:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations
- Handle special meal requests
- Maintain cleanliness of food service areas and equipment
- Conduct regular check of supplies and equipment.
- Assist supervisors to oversee designated kitchen operations
The Requirements
- Recognised Diploma in culinary skills or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of relevant Demi Chef experiences
- Possess certification in Basic Food Hygiene
- Experience in event / function will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, team player with proven leadership capabilities
- Good knowledge in manpower planning and scheduling
