The Opportunity:

The incumbent provides engineering support by managing all services, preparing specifications for Request For Proposals/Invitation To Quote (RFP/ITQ), RFP/ITQ evaluation and commissioning of new medical equipment, breakdown and preventive maintenance, and de-commissioning of medical equipment, managing teams and building the competency of staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan commisionning, preventive maintenance and calibration schedules
• Formulate and review calibration and preventive maintenance protocols
• Ensure smooth implementation of the preventive maintenance and calibration programs
• Liaise and manage external contractors on service matters and contractual issues
• Assess medical equipment put up for condemnation by end-users

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering course with at least 3 years of experience in service and maintenance of medical equipment 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
