Overview

Reporting to the Deputy Group Chief Technology Officer in NUHS, you will support the lead in implementation and integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence / machine learning models and pipelines to augment clinical workflows in NUHS cluster. You will also ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the models and tools for NUHS by managing the project life cycle, maintain stakeholder relations, ensure compliance with quality and security standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Act as liaison for stakeholders and manage team across clinical, administrative and IT departments.

  • Process all project administrative tasks

  • Administer project budget, optimize resource allocation, and adjust project spending as necessary

  • Assist with the documentation management of budgeting and resource financing and reporting back to the Assistant Project Manager and Grant Manager on the updates. 

  • Calendering, coordination and meeting arrangement with all stakeholders needed for the project

  • Providing support especially with the scheduling of operating theatres, clinic visits and working alongside with the ground clinic and operations staff for all advice on user workflow and ground training. 

  • Deployment of Calsense+ to NUHS cluster

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in Healthcare related fields or with relevant healthcare experience, previous public healthcare experience of more than 5 years are welcome to apply. Bachelor Degree of any discipline with no experience are welcome to apply. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • PMP or PRINCE 2 certification or comparable project management experience would be a plus but not a must

  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines

  • Experience with Healthcare ground operations related work, especially for scheduling of surgeries, appointment booking and reminder calls

  • Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer
