Job Purpose:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Multi-Disciplinary Team Support for KidSTART (MDT KidSTART) Programme under National University Centre for Women & Children (NUWoC), National University Hospital (NUH).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs administrative support duties for MDT KidSTART Programme, including but not limited to the following:
- Colalte statistics and data, perform data entry into the programme database.
- Assist in the collation of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Assist in purchase of programme-related items via NUH’s requisition system.
- Provide secretariat, administrative & logistic support for meetings related to the Programme.
- Handle purchase and work requisition processes, from calling suppliers for quotation to submitting invoices to Finance for payment.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather statistics and data for maintenance of database.
- Communicate effectively with MDT team members for organizational & administrative work.
- Able to meet reporting timelines as per organization and programme requirements.
- Assist in coordination of meeting date and booking of meeting venue, logistics for virtual meeting, meal catering etc.
- To navigate different systems e.g. appointment booking, purchase & requisition processes and liaise with stakeholders to deliver task on time.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to KTP-NUCMI (e.g., report generation, procurement, events, etc).
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Skills and knowledge
- Experience in clerical and administrative duties preferred.
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good communication and interactive skills.
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Able to work independently.

Educational Qualifications
