Executive Assistant - NUWoC, MDT KidStart Programme
Job Purpose:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Multi-Disciplinary Team Support for KidSTART Programme (MDT KidSTART) under National University Centre for Women & Children (NUWoC), National University Hospital (NUH).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs administrative support duties for MDT KidSTART Programme, including but not limited to the following:
- Collation of statistics and data, perform data entry into the programme database.
- Assist in the collation of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Assist in purchase of programme-related items via NUH’s requisition system.
- Provide secretariat, administrative & logistic support for meetings related to the Programme.
- Handle purchase and work requisition processes, from calling suppliers for quotation to submitting invoices to Finance for payment.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to events organized by the department and partners
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather statistics and data for maintenance of database.

To communicate effectively with MDT team members for organizational & administrative work.

Able to meet reporting timelines as per organization and programme requirements.

Assist in coordination of meeting date and booking of meeting venue, logistics for virtual meeting, meal catering etc.

To navigate different systems e.g. appointment booking, purchase & requisition processes and liaise with stakeholders to deliver task on time.

Willingness to render support as and when required.

- Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point.

Educational Qualifications
