About Department and Purpose of the Position

 

To provide coordination and assistance in all areas necessary to facilitate enquiries and requests from patients, clients and internal departments, and ensure that the service levels provided meet the pre-determined service standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries and requests that come through the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC).
  • Liaise with external parties and internal departments for safe and appropriate referral of patient to NUH for outpatient appointment as per the hospital’s protocols and procedures.
  • Carry out any other administrative duties required at PLC.

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Holder
  • Preferably 1 year work experience
  • With pleasant & cheerful personality
  • Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and possess good organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player
