Executive/Senior Executive, HR CoE Employee Engagement

Job Responsibilities:

 

  1. Facilitate Employee Listening
  • Employee Engagement Survey (EES) – Support in the planning, design and roll out of communications of EES and assist in follow-up of actions plans.
  • Staff Suggestion – Monitor and track staff feedback received through NUHS staff suggestion page and our internal employee mobile app. Ensure all feedback/suggestions loop are closed in a timely manner. Upkeep and manage data for analysis. 
  • Employee Experience Survey (EXS) - Support in the end-to-end administration and implementation of EXS. Assist in the generation of reports for analysis.

 

  1. Enhance Employee Experience
  • Organisation-wide Engagement Activities – Plan and organise organisation-wide engagement initiative and events to strengthen culture embedment, engagement, and staff bonding.
  • Internal Employee Mobile App - Plan, design and roll out of monthly communications and campaigns to promote app sign up and usage. Upkeep user records and provider user support. Compile and analyse sign-up and usage reports. Budget management and administration of rewards (points).
  • NUHS Employee Engagement Workgroup (EEWG) – Coordinate quarterly EEWG meetings and collaborate with Engagement reps to cascade organization wide Employee Engagement (EE) initiatives and programs. Organise year-end social event for EEWG.
  • NUHS Facilitation Playbook for Managers – Promote the use of playbook to encourage adoption and practice of generative conversations.

 

  1. Other Administrative Matters
  • Maintain HR Intranet, MS Teams folder and other relevant pages/forums.
  • Manage procurement, finance, contracting and budget matters.
  • Liaise with relevant vendor(s) and consultants on project management.
  • Coordinate stakeholders’ schedules and availabilities.
  • Support queries on all matters relating to the above.
  • Participate and support the HR department and team in all projects and initiatives where assigned

Role Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree from a recognized university, post-graduate qualification in HRM will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years in Human Resource function in a big organisation is preferred
  • Experienced in organising engagement campaigns, events and project management
  • Experience in the healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in written communications
  • Proactive with a sense of urgency and responsibility
  • Takes pride in his/her work, is organised and meticulous
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment
  • Creative and people oriented
  • Values integrity, teamwork, and excellence
  • Good with MS Excel, Google Forms, FormSG and Canva
