Overview

As a Data Insights Manager at NUHS's Value Driven Outcomes Office, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data from clinical, administrative, and financial datasets to drive strategic decision-making and implement a high-value care culture across NUHS. You will lead a team of data analysts, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, analyze data trends, and present findings to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, researchers, administrators, and finance professionals.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
