Planning

To lead in developing strategy and implementation plan in increasing screening and vaccination rate in the western population with internal stakeholders and community partners.

 

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategy to increase the screening and vaccination rate in the population in the West.

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase the screening and vaccination rate in the population in the West
    • Develop and implement prototypes to test the strategies.
  2. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to implement plans to increase screening and vaccination rates
  3. Analysis of data for screening and vaccination
    • Track and analyse screening and vaccination rate in population
    • Analyse data and determine the areas for outreach to increase screening rates
  4. Work with internal stakeholders on the extraction of data and reports from IT systems
  5. Lead and manage a team in outreach and screening events
    • Ensure department is appropriately resourced to carry out its mission - people, funding, skill & technology
    • Develop team members to enhance their skills & harness their potential
    • Integrate team with the other RHSO departments & divisions
  6. Any other duties

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, with at least 7 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
  • Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
  • Able to work well with others, to foster buy-in and collaboration
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft office. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in strategic planning and/ or programme development would be advantageous
