Nurse Educator
Job responsibilities
The role is responsible for assessing, identifying, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating nursing staff's continuing education, training, and development plans. This position adopts evidence-based approaches to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs. The incumbent contributes to the attainment of high-quality education and the production of effective, efficient, and skilled nurses who are able to respond to the health needs of our patients. The role involves overseeing programs for student nurses to acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to practice nursing effectively.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Degree in Nursing
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Education
- At least 9 to 11 years of clinical nursing experience with a minimum teaching experience of 2 years in healthcare setting or nursing academic school.
- Dedicated with passion on teaching and nursing education.
- Proactive, motivated and serve as a role model for those they teach.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective leadership qualities. • Result orientated with good time management.
