Patient Service Associate (Diagnostic Imaging)*

As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers / patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure clinic’s operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.
  • Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider’s information for billing.
  • Perform cashiering duties, attend to and manage patients’ enquiries.
  • Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries.
  • Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents.
  • Assist clinic manager in administrative duties.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.



  • Candidate must possess at least “O” Levels Certification.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office), handling multiple systems such as SAP will be an advantage.
  • Team player with good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak a second language will be an advantage.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed. Prior experience in hospitality or service industries will be an advantage.
  • Be comfortable with working in inpatient wards and specialist outpatient clinics.
  • Able to perform rotating shifts. Earliest shift starts from 8am to 5:30pm, and latest shift starts from 12pm to 9:30pm.
