About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Recruitment Optimisation & Outreach Manager to lead our initiatives in enhancing recruitment processes, improving system efficiencies, and integrating AI tools and technologies. This role will be pivotal in optimizing recruitment workflows, driving campus outreach strategies for job opportunities and sponsorships, and managing vendor relationships to ensure service excellence.
Reporting to the Resourcing CoE Lead, the Manager will collaborate closely with institutional teams across the NUHS cluster to achieve recruitment efficiency goals, ensuring a streamlined process and an exceptional candidate experience. The incumbent must possess a strong combination of recruitment process expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities. He/she will manage cross-institutional and cross-functional teams, and lead systems enhancement efforts.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, the ability to implement continuous improvements, drive change management initiatives, and ensure alignment with the Resourcing CoE's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment Process Improvement:
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, including implementation of AI tools (e.g., AI CV screening, recruitment chatbots)
- Focus on elevating candidate experience and optimizing the onboarding process.
- Event Strategy and Campus Outreach:
- Develop and execute innovative campus outreach event strategies
- Deliver at least 30 high-impact events annually to promote job opportunities and sponsorships
- System and Process Enhancement:
- Oversee continuous enhancement of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules
- Drive process improvements for streamlined recruitment and onboarding workflows
- Vendor and Partnership Management:
- Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, ensuring performance meets or exceeds SLAs
- Policy and Process Optimisation:
- Lead the review, refinement, and implementation of Resourcing-related policies and processes
- Data Analytics and Strategic Reporting:
- Utilize recruitment analytics to monitor strategy effectiveness and refine approaches
- Change Management:
- Drive transformation of resourcing processes, fostering continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with institutional HR teams, functional leaders, and senior leadership to align on strategic resourcing goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment outreach strategies, process improvement, or strategic resourcing project management
- Proven expertise in driving resourcing strategy transformation
- Experience in campus outreach event management
- Strong background in managing recruitment AI tools and proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)
- In-depth understanding of HR policies, SOPs, and industry best practices
- Expertise in recruitment process optimisation and system enhancements
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting
- Experience in vendor management
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
