Overview

 

The successful candidate will join the Manpower Planning and Analytics Team in NUHS HR COE Division.

 

This role involves planning for National University Health System (NUHS) intermediate to long-term manpower needs to support key development/expansion plans, among other responsibilities based on organizational needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Project scope:

  • Work with the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) committee to analyse and develop manpower planning solutions.
  • Stakeholder engagement with all NUHS institutions, business units and Ministry of Health (MOH) to establish baseline staffing norms.
  • Support workforce transformation in establishing the Future of Work and productivity measure matrix.  Future of Work includes job re-design, technology, automation and process optimisation.
  • Perform manpower needs and gap analysis to support workforce planning strategies.
  • Track, prepare and communicate regular project progress timely to project sponsor and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and effective management of project stakeholders.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience; healthcare experience is an added advantage.
  • Experience in using productivity measuring tools for large manpower projects.
  • Proficient in Excel with strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with the senior management.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines and able to effectively prioritize work.
  • Strong accountability to deliver high quality work.
