Senior Assistant Manager, Manpower Planning & Analytics

Provide HR manpower reporting to enable HR and the organization to drive organizational
excellence and effectiveness. It will leverage on data to gain insights that will serve as inputs
for developing effective HR programmes to meet the objectives of the organization. This role
will also be responsible for day-to-day operations of servicing the needs of various
stakeholders for HR reporting and data capturing in MyHR (Successfactor) for Corporate
Office.

 

Responsibilities

NUHS Cluster reporting:

  • Prepare monthly / quarterly HR standard and regulatory reports / survey
  • Participate in the production and analysis of workforce planning
  • Continuously look into refining the existing data infrastructure (including data
    quality, definitions, etc) that forms the base upon which the HR analytics function
    draws data.
  • Apply relevant tools to extract and produce HR data/statistics required by internal and
    external stakeholders.

 

Projects:

  • Track HR analytics or related projects at Cluster and communicate any insights
    derived back to institutions
  • Support data Identification for information captured within the System
  • Matrix and KPI SOP
  • Collate, audit and maintain data

 

Skill and Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree – Major in a quantitative discipline i.e. statistics, human resources,
    economics, or related discipline
  • Advanced Excel and Data visualisation skills.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience of data analysis.
  • Strong acumen with in-depth understanding of Data table and Business management.
  • Good analytical and organization skills and work under tight timlines
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and
    interpersonal skill
  • Possess confidence to resonate with senior management leadership – internal and
    external stakeholders
