Senior Assistant Manager, NUHS Wellbeing Office
Overview and purpose of the position
The Wellbeing office is a strategic outfit that serves to assess, identify and develop strategies to improve professional fulfilment and individual wellbeing. It will work with and through existing resources and levers within the institution and consolidate efforts and initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes, minimizing duplication of efforts and resources.
The team will work with representatives and partners in all institutions and units and (over time) establish a robust network of wellbeing advocates and practitioners as well as framework across the cluster.
The incumbent will support the administration and logistics for the wellbeing office and special projects
Job Responsibilities
- Organize and support internal and external meetings for the department
- Organize and support events
- Organize and support special projects
- Coordinate any other admin matter like getting quotations or writing minutes of meeting
- Other roles as assigned
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in related organisations
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in written communications
- Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment and work under tight timelines
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
