Overview

The Position Holder will be responsible for the strategic engagement of agency partners to augment NUHS’ role as the population health manager for the western region. This includes ideation and management of collaborations with partners and within NUHS to support the roll out of new policies, advancing social-health integration and enhance the delivery of care in the community.

 

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Develop strategies and workplans to augment NUHS’ role in new health/ social policies and to advance social-health integration
  • Regular engagement with agency/community partners and internal stakeholders on implementation of policies (e.g. HealthierSG) and NUHS Population Health strategies
  • Keeping abreast of developments within health and social landscape
  • Supporting team in development, implementation, data collation, evaluation and reporting of assigned portfolios and projects
  • Secretariat duties to drive progress and conversations in assigned portfolios

 

Job Requirements

  • Good Degree
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant working experience, with 1 - 2 years in a leadership position
  • Prior experience in planning, strategic partnerships and portfolio/product management will be an advantage
  • Experience in project management and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactiveness to grow the portfolio(s) given
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment amidst multiple demands
