Senior/ Assistant Manager, Service and Operations (PMO)

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Service & Operations, you will focus on the role in the Project Management Office (PMO) of New & Redeveloped Polyclinics to ensure clinic operations of new sites can go-live on time as planned. You will manage, guide, solicit buy-in from internal and external stakeholders on matters ranging policy decisions, funding approvals, budget control, harmonization of design principles, FFE procurement and contract renewals. You will also provide administrative support to the Governance, Risk & Compliance and Data Protection function in HQ Service & Operations. 

 

You will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Project Management for New & Redeveloped Polyclinic Projects - Support the PMO, coordinate workstreams, serve as project secretariat, and facilitate FFE funding requests. 
  • Internal Governance and Compliance - Act as Data Protection Representative, support adherence to processes for good governance, and facilitate oversight of data management.
  • Process and Workflow Management - Review and update workflows and policies, serve as document controller, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new processes.
  • Administrative and System Management - Manage contract management system, maintain department's intranet, and provide administrative support to HQ Service & Operations team.

 

Requirements

  • A degree in any discipline.
  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience in managerial capacity, preferably in healthcare sector and operations management including areas such as performance monitoring, process improvement, project management, and implementation.
  • Possess good communication (written and verbal), presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage and work with all levels of staff across functional areas.
  • Meticulous, able to work well in a team-based environment with a pro-active mind set in problem solving.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
