Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Hospital Planning and Clinical Services Senior/Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the planning and establishment of a new hospital, overseeing the management of designated clinical services throughout the entire care continuum.

 

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

  1. Maintain good understanding of daily operations of the clinic.
  2. Lead the strategic planning and setup of a new hospital facility, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and healthcare standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics, resource allocation, and timelines for the successful launch of the new hospital.
  4. Manage project budget with tracking and reporting of variances.  
  5. Identify, evaluate, and procure equipment and technology required for hospital operations.
  6. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges and milestones.
  7. Responsible for devising innovative strategies and workflow enhancement to continually improve patient care journey.
  8. Responsible for handling administrative matters pertaining to service points assigned.  
  9. Manage patient feedback and monthly statistical reports.
  10. Participate in committees and other tasks as assigned.
  11. Other adhoc duties assigned.

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years’ work experience in Healthcare Industry
  • Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous.
  • Project management capabilities and experience in driving a cohesive team and cross teaming environment.
  • Possess confidence to resonate with senior management leadership – internal and external stake holders.
  • Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
  • Knowledge in hospital software application will be advantageous.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
