Senior Assistant Manager (Data Science & Analytics)

As a Full Stack Developer at NUHS, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our Generative AI solutions. You will be instrumental in developing user-centric features, enhancing the overall user experience, and ensuring high usability standards. Collaborating closely with our Product, Design, UI/UX, and Infrastructure teams, you will contribute to the seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies, driving innovation and excellence in our product offerings. Ability in project management will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance user-facing features of our Generative AI applications, with a strong focus on improving user experience and usability.
• As a full-stack developer, you will not only work on front-end applications but also troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance backend functionalities.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders and technical peers by understanding, prioritizing, and negotiating requirements.
• Be an AI-empowered developer. We release new code rapidly; only those equipped with AI tools will be able to keep up with the pace.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with at least 2 years of experience in developing both client-side and server-side applications.
• Preferred proficiency and practical experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Preferred proficiency in Python for backend application.
• Knowledge and experience in any of the modern web frameworks and technologies such as Node.js, ReactJS, Remix and WebSocket will be plus.
• Familiarity with development tools like Git or similar for version control and collaboration.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and database schema design.
• A good understanding of container technology, cloud deployment, experience in Kubernetes will be plus.
• A passion for solving real customer problems through the development of interactive web applications.
