As a member of our team, you will work on some of the most challenging and fascinating problems in healthcare, leveraging the latest Generative AI techniques and coding tools. We foster a culture of innovation, constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible with data analytics and AI. We apply advanced techniques such as machine learning, simulation, modelling, forecasting, scheduling, optimization, and more to our vast datasets, in order to improve our service metrics and ultimately serve our patients better. You will also receive training in the world’s leading EMR system, Epic, to gain deep understanding of its data modelling and data structure.

Job Responsibilities*
- Explore and extract insights from massive healthcare dataset, to power a new care model that can make our care delivery seamless, precise and in fairness to each patient
- Utilize historical cluster and national-level data to support future Integrated General Hospital planning and forecasting, enabling more effective planning and service allocation.
- Facilitate the regulatory reporting work through report automation.
- Leverage Generative AI to analyse and understand complex healthcare data.
- Use data to support decision-making around service expansion, care delivery, patient retention/churn, and other business goals.
- Build, validate, test, and deploy machine learning or other data science models to predict and influence the behaviour of patients and providers with the goal of optimizing system efficiency.
- Work independently or in a team to solve complex problem statements.
- Interface with business & operation teams to formulate solutions and influence changes informed by your findings.
Requirements*
- Bachelors’ Degree or Masters’ Degree in Mathematics, Operation Research/Management, Computer Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Physics or other quantitative disciplines.
- Proficiency with data science and analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or Tableau is essential, as they are core to your work.
- Strong coding skills will be a significant advantage.
- Applicants with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in data-related work are preferred, although fresh graduates who possess the required aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
- A strong background in advanced statistical methods and concepts is mandatory. (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.)
- Prior knowledge of cloud computing AWS/Azure will be added advantage
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams, collaborative, accommodative and supportive to contribute to the shared vision and common goal.
- Prior experience in health services is added advantage, but not a must.
