As a Senior Assistant Manager for NUHS@Home, you will play a vital role in managing the change request for NGEMR for operational needs in NUHS@Home. Job Responsibilities
- NGEMR System Support and Change Management:

- Manage and prioritize Change Requests (CRs) for the NGEMR system.
- Collaborate with requesters to ensure clear articulation of business requirements and justifications.
- Facilitate the approval process, including presentations to the Change Request Board (CRB).
- Provide user support and coordinate with appropriate teams for issue resolution.
- Communicate system changes to relevant job groups.
- Project Management and Process Improvement:

- Work with NUHS PMO to develop and streamline CR processes.
- Support and drive departmental initiatives, including new service implementations.
- Ensure proper budgeting and resource allocation for projects and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management:

- Provide administrative support to the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) and Informatics Director.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on NGEMR initiatives across institutions and clusters.
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Administrative Support:

- Assist with procurement, budget compilation, and other administrative duties.
- Support the CMIO and Informatics Director in project coordination.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the NUHS@Home team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in related field, preferably in healthcare or technology
- Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
