Overview
Responsible to provide administrative support to daily of NUHS Diagnostics at HQ, specifically managing assets/consumable inventory, document preparation for purchase requisition, coordinating warehouse activities for document archival and tracking document destruction schedule. Assist in audit related activities such as physical sighting of assets and ensuring document such as PM records are complete.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to internal operations and administrative work
- Maintain accurate and up to date record on fixed assets and consumable inventory
- Document preparation for purchase requisitions (PR) for procurement
- Assist in audit-related activities, including physical asset verification
- Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) records for assets are complete
- Maintain archival record, monitor and arrange destruction dates in compliance with company policies
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Reporting Officer
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration/Mass Communication or healthcare related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Good written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office Excel
- Self-motivated team player with good organisation and coordination skills
