Senior Executive, Allied Health (Contract Till 31 March 2025)

The Opportunity

Reporting to the various directors, you will propose and implement the strategies, priorities and standards for managing One Rehab project. The incumbent will also ensure timely updates of the project progress to the relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, implementation and embedding of a new programme across multiple institutions.
• Responsible for duties including budgeting, tracking and managing of funds awarded to the programme.
• Responsible for managing the team across multiple institutions and reporting to multiple stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Manage budget and claims to support short term & long term plans of the programme.
• Collaborate with MOH and other relevant agencies to drive the development of the new programme.
• Review programme reports for senior management endorsement and submission of quarterly and interim reports to management and relevant parties.
• Provide regular audits on reports submitted by all parties.
• Follow up on one-rehab tasks assigned by the various programme leads.

Requirements

• Good honours degree preferably in Allied Health/ Health Sciences/ Business Management.
• Skills in the project/ programme management.
• Experience in managing a small team.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
• Self-directed individual with initiative, analytical and problem solving skills with strong project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across institutions and functions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders as well as an effective team player.
• Experience in healthcare, operations, service related industries or human resources would be advantageous.
• Travelling between locations in NUHS and community partner sites is expected.
