You will be part of our dynamic team within the department that oversees medical training and research. You will be responsible for the following:
- Program organization and coordination for:
- Medical students' clinic postings – You will coordinate with medical schools and our clinics to deconflict posting schedules, arrange tutors, and prepare students’ onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Family Medicine (FM) residents' clinic postings and training sessions – You will collaborate with NUHS Residency Program and our clinics to allocate postings and arrange new Electronic Medical Records training for the residents.
- Provide administrative support for MOPEX’s Orientation Program and SAF FM Program. You will work closely with SAF and/or the Clinic Heads and trainers on pre, actual and post program administrative tasks (e.g. program scheduling, prepare training/orientation materials, collate participants' feedback, etc).
- Assist with department’s training activities and events and take on other assignments, projects or responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Science, Healthcare or related qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare and proven track record in event management or coordination will be advantageous. Fresh Graduates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Strong problem-solving ability with good analytical and organization skills. Meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task.
- Proactive and ability to complete project to meet their deadlines.
- A team player who is also able to work independently where necessary.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
