Senior Executive, HR CoE - Resourcing

About the Role

As one of the key team contributors to the Resourcing (Talent Acquisition) Centre of Excellence team at NUHS Corporate Office, you will be supporting the Resourcing CoE lead to manage strategic talent acquisition projects implementation at cluster level and work with internal institutions and MOH stakeholders.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with institutions’ HR representatives to deliver project plans and manage the consolidation and submission of MOHH relevant reports;
  • Collaborate with institutions to execute cluster pipeline programmes including recruitment/ campus fairs and MOHH initiated recruitment program;
  • Manage monthly internal job posting mailers;
  • Partner with Group Communications and Wellness CoE teams to publish social media content online on monthly basis;
  • Work with Procurement team to support and administer RFP/RFQ and addendum process for vendor appointment and contract renewal at cluster level;
  • Manage recruitment agencies’ proposals evaluation exercise;
  • Partner with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) vendor to address and troubleshoot the system process issues raised by institutions.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree qualification in Human Resource or Business Management;
  • Prior knowledge and experience in HR and recruitment process will be advantageous;
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-institutions and different levels of stakeholders;
  • Strong planning, organising, follow up and project management skills to manage multiple projects timelines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Meticulous and always strive to provide excellent work quality;
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work within minimal supervision;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint applications.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience will be advantageous.
