Job Description
- Oversee the HR Support Centre (HRSC) team to ensure accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries.
- Ensure consistent achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all HRSC-related matters.
- Maintain and regularly update HR-related FAQs on the intranet and HR chatbot.
- Keep the HRSC knowledge database and reference guide up to date.
- Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of HRSC automated workflows using Power Automate (Microsoft Power Platform) and SharePoint, covering case ticket escalation, case assignment, new case creation, case closure, auto-reminders for open cases and interim case replies
- Analyse, troubleshoot and optimise automation flows for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management review and decision-making.
- Review certificates of employment and reference check information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with vendors regarding primary source verification reports.
- Ensure all processes and services adhere to NUHS policies and applicable legislative requirements.
- Foster effective working relationships with internal HR GSS members and institution HR stakeholders.
- Conduct process analysis to recommend and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Champion continuous improvement and HR process automation initiatives.
- Undertake other duties or special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related Business discipline.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to perform well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of managing high-volume HR activities while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and adjust to shifting priorities.
