Job Description
- Lead and manage the Licensing team to ensure consistent, compliant and stakeholder-focused practices.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services (GSS) are met and reviewed periodically for relevance and effectiveness.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all matters related to Licensing.
- Provide accurate and timely Licensing advisory support to NUHS institutions.
- Administer processes related to Singapore Medical Council (SMC) assessment reports and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) competency assessments.
- Oversee the annual renewal exercises of SMC and SNB Practising Certificates (PC) for doctors and nurses.
- Liaise with relevant statutory boards (for e.g., SNB, SMC, SDC, AHPC, SPC, OOB) on Licensing matters.
- Communicate Licensing updates and policy changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Analyse, troubleshoot and enhance automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure all processes comply with NUHS policies and relevant legislative requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with internal HR GSS teams and institution HR stakeholders.
- Conduct process reviews and analyses to recommend and implement operational improvements.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and drive HR process automation efforts.
- Undertake additional duties or special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of licensing processes, particularly for nursing applications and upgrades.
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
