The NUHS Regional Health System Office (RHSO) is part of the National University Health System (NUHS), a leading academic health system and one of three public healthcare clusters in Singapore. Leveraging its position within an academic health system and drawing on the system’s research and education capabilities, RHSO strives to build a healthy and engaged population in the west, empowered to live and age well in their homes and within the community.

Through a multi-pronged approach, RHSO brings together NUHS institutions, as well as community health and social care partners to develop and implement initiatives to improve health and anchor care in the community. RHSO also facilitates the integration and transition of care between the hospital and community, as well as the development of new capabilities to deliver care in the most appropriate setting.

 

As RHSO is a new business entity which are expanding rapidly, the focus is recruitment and retention. The HRBP should be an independent and resourceful individual who aspire to be a HR professional and seek growth personally and professionally.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the approved sources to perform CV matching and schedule interviews with the Hiring Managers in a timely and responsive manner.
  • Communicate with the potential hires on salary and benefits package and address concerns and ensure successful hires in the shortest time turnaround.  
  • Support the department in the following activities:
  1. Annual manpower and budgeting exercise
  2. Monthly headcount and attrition reporting
  3. Quarterly manpower reporting
  4. Conduct staff orientation
  5. Total performance management cycle, increment and bonus payout
  6. Organise outreach events relevant and support the business growth
  7. New Hires write ups and exit interviews.
  8. Support the Head of HR in the preparation of materials for HOD meetings and submissions to both internal and external stakeholders
  9. Timely request on invoices to vendors and across institutions
  10. Support staff movements such as transfer and no pay leave and change in employment terms

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource or Business related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Able to manage high volume activities and handle data confidentiality
  • Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
  • Organised, meticulous and proactive
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate Knowledge in Local Employment Laws
  • Able to write and communicate proficiently
  • Highly numerate and IT proficient are an advantage
  • Good Office Etiquette
