Key Responsibilities

  • To be involve in full spectrum of employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, staff wellness, etc
  • Responsible for manpower billing and verification, including raising e forms in myHR for routing approvals
  • Budget planning and tracking
  • Prepares weekly/monthly HR related reports for management and reporting
  • Help oversee department activities and act as a second line support to the HOD 
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned by the team

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource or Finance and Business related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Able to manage high volume activities and handle data confidentiality
  • Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Organised, meticulous and proactive
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
