Overview

 

To assist and manage financial operations within NUHS Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office.

This position is a 1-year contract role, renewable based on satisfactory job performance.

  

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage budget and monitor usage of funds for residency programmes to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Prepare reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Forecast and disbursement of funds to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and collate funding related documentation for submission.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate communication between Finance and other departments to support efficient functioning of financial operations.
  • Assist in audits and assessments, provide necessary documentation and support.
  • Support events and education-related activities organised by NUHS GME Office.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Finance, Statistics or Accounting (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Understanding of budgeting and subvention is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in teams.
  • Proficient with Excel and other MS office applications.
