The Opportunity:

We are looking for Senior / Executive to join us in providing administrative and logistics support to the Nursing Wards for the delivery of effective services.

Job Responsibilities:

·      Lead the team and ensure service standards are upheld

·      Work closely with ward supervisor and other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers

·      Assist to ensure sufficient stocks supplies for ward for smooth operation

·      Manage the deployment of Ward Service Associates (WSAs) in the wards

·      Manage WSAs to ensure patients’ nutrition and diet are met

·      Take directions and guidance from manager

·      Lead quality improvement/ initiatives

·      Any other ad hoc duties base on operational needs

Job Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1 year relevant experience

·      Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred

·      Excellent service skills and possess a strong attention to detail

·      Self-motivated, independent, proactive, resourceful, passionate and ability to work in a fast paced environment

·      Hands-on with good problem-solving and strong leadership skills to lead a team

·      Team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build good relationships with the Nursing team and manage all level of staff

·      Successful incumbent may be required to work on 1 weekend a month (if work exigencies requires)
