Senior Executive Assistant, HR Group Shared Services
Job Description

Contribute to HR Payment Team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing for all the institutions and departments in NUHS.

Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.

Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered in line with NUHS policies and relevant Legislation requirement.

Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders (e.g. internal Group Shared Services cross teams, department admin and various institutions business partners).

Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.

Perform any other assigned duties/projects.
Job Requirements

Preferably 1 year of HR experience, fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome.

Past working experience / knowledge in finance / payroll administration in healthcare will be an added advantage.

Competent in MS Office (Excel & Word).

Meticulous, independent, initiative with problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

IT Savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.

Organised, meticulous and team player.
