About Department and Purpose of the Position


We are seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Ambulatory Services to work as a team and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinics and business units, with the key aim to establish and maintain service and professional standards.

 

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:

Systems / Projects

• Ensure clinical / non-clinical systems are operating in functioning order.
• Perform trouble shooting and inform vendor when issues arise.
• Manage and handle queries from both internal and external parties.
• Conduct reviews, quality control and drive / lead improvements and enhancements.
• Organise and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with users and vendors.
• Project management and execution.
• Establishment and maintenance of service and professional standards.

 

Central Services
• Oversee work processes, policies, direcctives and SOPs and deliver high standards of efficiency, service and quality across all business units.

 

Key Requirements
• Basic Degree from a recognised institution.
• Team player, self-driven, results-oriented, and resilient.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Technologically savvy, up to date and able to identify and implement viable solutions
• Delicated, meticulous, analytical and proactive.
