About Department and Purpose of the Position

The National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS) is a national specialist centre under the National University Health System (NUHS). It is the only public cancer centre in Singapore treating both paediatric and adult cancers in one facility.

 

We are seeking a Marketing Snr Executive / Asst Manager to support in the development of NCIS Brand Ecosystem with the focus to build a sustainable, adapting and thriving ecosystem that resonates with internal and external stakeholders to bring value and impact to our patients. The incumbent will also look at expanding NCIS reach and impact, drive NCIS brand awareness and increase our audience market share. You will be tasked to create integrated, continuous touchpoints across stakeholders, audiences to support our roadmap to shape cancer care.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing engagement campaigns consisting of email, webinars, videos, social media advertising, marketing collateral, and new tactics to promote awareness and drive awareness, and build brand advocacy
  • You will craft compelling content that reflects the company’s brand and tone of voice, whilst overseeing the campaigns such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
  • You will oversee distribution and promotion of content across major streaming platforms
  • You will manage and produce the monthly email newsletter – from writing compelling content, maintain the subscriber list and tracking audience engagement metric to refine messaging and distribution strategy
  • Gaining insight and analysing performance metrics and engagement across company website, social media and other digital platforms to help shape future campaigns
  • Creating visually striking pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
  • Ongoing support with the development of marketing materials such as brochures and flyers
  • Coordinating events from planning to implementation
  • Conducting market research and analysis to inform our marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Build processes for efficiently handling marketing requests across teams and ensure requests fit into overall NCIS strategy

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in communications, marketing, events, program development
  • Ability to produce, analyse, and interpret campaign performance information
  • Experience developing copy, images, and video across multiple channels, including web pages, automated email journeys, social media, and SMS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including over the phone
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet competing deadlines
