Job Purpose:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to support our Nursing Administration department in driving process improvements, implementing innovative technologies, and managing training initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving departmental and organizational objectives while supporting the execution of nursing events and programs.

Job Description

  • Implement and administer departmental training programs and operational processes to maintain high standards of performance and competency.
  • Optimize operational efficiency by conducting comprehensive reviews, standardizing procedures, and streamlining workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with various business units and staff members to deliver value-added support and services, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and organizational success.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to spearhead the digitalization of work processes and manage technology-related projects, driving innovation and operational excellence.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on cutting-edge technologies to enhance nursing administration processes, improving overall efficiency and patient care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in healthcare technology and administration, ensuring the department remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
  • Actively participate in and support departmental, institutional, and cluster-wide initiatives, functions, and events. Undertake any additional responsibilities or duties as assigned or appointed by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong IT aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
