The NUHS Regional Health System (RHS) comprises of NUHS institutions, associated government and regulatory authorities and community partners that work together to look after the health of the population in the West. The Ministry of Health (MOH) has been co-creating SG Health, a population-based approach to health and healthcare delivery, with the three healthcare clusters, AIC and HPB, which will be announced in March 2022.
RHSO is the institution set up to enable the effective delivery of pophealth strategies, working in concert with the Regional Health Manager Implementation Office (ReHMIO) to implement end-to-end transition of care from hospital to community settings. RHSO provides the organisational, governance and administrative structure for the management of resources, including but not limited to manpower, funding, facilities and technology.
Reporting to the Senior Assistant Manager/Manager, CDPM RHSO, the incumbent is responsible for corporate planning, performance management and management administrative support in NUHS RHSO and Pop Health Secretariat. This is to be achieved in close collaboration with internal teams, and internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent is also responsible for supervising direct reports (as assigned) to collectively undertake the tasks that supports our mission.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Staffing and Preparation
    • Assist in research, data collection, and preparation of strategy papers or business cases.
    • Coordinate meetings, consultations, and documentation of meetings and planning sessions.
    • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboard updates using available tools (Excel).
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data sources and indicators.
    • Collate inputs and progress updates from program owners and partners.
    • Serve as POC to partner agencies and support flows of information for the purpose of collaboration and sharing
  2. Performance Monitoring & Management
    • Track KPIs and flag variances or trends to the manager.
    • Update databases, documentation, and version control of performance frameworks.
  3. Coordination & Admin Support
    • Liaise with partners (e.g., AIC, HPB, community care providers) to collect inputs or feedback.
    • Maintain meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-up items for strategy or performance teams.
    • Handle ad hoc analysis or presentation preparation as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Project management skills with strong analytical abilitiesAdept at systems thinking and being comfortable with ambiguity, complex dynamics and change management.
  • Adept in people skills to foster buy-in and collaboration
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to appreciate interpret and communicate data in deriving insights and value proposition for purposes of programme review and forward planning.
  • Knowledge and experience in corporate & strategy planning, data governance, organisation and management will be advantageous
  • Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models will be advantageous
