Overview

 

This position as a Senior Manager / Manager in NUHS Corporate Finance (PMO), your primary role will focus on Change Management of a National IT System. You will play lead role in  the Project Cluster Change Team contributing to the development of Change Management plan and to execute the plan. You will work with the Project Change Network by providing cluster/institution knowledge while planning Change Management activities for the cluster.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

You are expected to perform the following work,

 

  1. Change Management
  • To participate in Change Network engagement, related working sessions and perform necessary follow-up required
  • In supporting the Cluster’s primary Change Champion, to work closely with various stakeholders amongst the Project Change Network, to perform review for the Change Management Master Plan, Training Curriculum, Materials, Mass Broadcast Communications packs. Perform customization and develop specific plans to suit Cluster’s  situations, where relevant.
  • Liaise with the institutions appointed representatives to disseminate change plan for training and communications activities to be executed at the institutions level.
  • Perform Cluster coordination and support for Change Management related activities, such as trainers’ nomination, registration, change communications.  
  • Be able to articulate and provide key highlight updates to the Change Sponsor and Management as needed

 

  1. Others
  • While main focus of your job is on Change Management, you are to support project management office’s tasks (such as project coordination, deployment, communication, implementation, management reporting) depending on the project milestone progress and as assigned by the Director.
  • To work on relevant plan & procedures, and prepare process documentations as needed.

 

Requirements

 

  • University Degree in Computer Science with a IT project management working experience and  hands on experience in driving change management activities.
  • At least 5 to 8 years of relevant Change / Project working experience
  • Possess good communication skill, passionate in engaging people and drive buy-in  
  • Organized, motivated, able to adapt to changes and thrive when facing challenges
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment, work well in collaborative manner as a team lead and team player.
